In collaboration with Stuart-Pitman, a Detroit-based real estate developer, I designed their initial Letter of Intent submitted to the Michigan DNR for the rehabilitation of Detroit’s historic Boathouse on Belle Isle. I then designed and assembled a comprehensive 150+ page formal proposal, which played a key role in securing the project award. Finally, I created the pro forma and investment deck, essential tools in securing funding for this historic renovation.
Initial Letter of Intent design was limited to 5 pages.
